The Ministry of Local Government Administration (MLGA), in cooperation with the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, held a two-day workshop to finalize the Institutional Plan 2026–2028, a strategic policy document and a key tool for performance management within the Ministry.
The workshop was attended by the Secretary General of the MLGA, Mr. Jeton Qela, the OSCE representative, Mr. Fatmir Zylfijaj, as well as directors of the Ministry’s departments.
The purpose of the workshop was to finalize the Institutional Plan, which serves as the principal work-planning document at ministerial level for the three-year period 2026–2028.
