In the workshop organized by the Ministry of Local Government Administration, together with the support of the Council of Europe and members of civil society organizations, the Open Government Partnership Action Plan 2026 – 2028 was finalized.
This is the second action plan, which is drafted after a detailed analysis of the previous action plan, as well as joint work with donors and civil society so that the commitments are more achievable, more precisely measurable and more feasible.
Through this new action plan, MLGA aims to strengthen transparency, accountability and increase citizen participation in decision-making.
