Open Governance is not just a concept, it requires dynamic engagement, to make the voice of citizens heard because that is where the basis of a democratic society originates.
The Open Governance Forum, in addition to addressing the necessity of a stronger relation between institutions and municipalities, aims to increase citizen decision-making in public policies.
This forum was developed as part of the effort to strengthen multi-level governance and a democracy that is not satisfied with passive reports, but requires active participation.
