"I feel privileged to be present in the municipality of Viti, the municipality that it has played a crucial role in the implementation of decentralization and transfer of competencies to the new municipality of Kllokot. I assure you that the municipality of Viti will have some advantage because of the difficulties you have faced during this process" – said DPM Petrovic.
Even the Mayor of Viti, Nexhmetin Arifi, highlighted the challenges they were faced with, and he sought the further support of the Ministry of Local Government.
