Secretary General in the Ministry of Local Government Administration Mr. Besnik Osmani, invited those present to give their proposals and evaluations related to analysis of draft regulation, as well as to the development of procedures of giving on lease and exchange the Municipality immovable property, so this draft regulation would be further procedured.
