Based on the Plan for visiting the Municipal for 2015, Ministry of Local Government Administration, on 19 March 2015 conducted the next visit in the municipality of Partiesh and Kllokotit, in order to strengthening the cooperation and to have a better coordination for the joint activities, and to meet the obligations of the European agenda. A special emphasis of the visit was given the addressing of the obligations of the European agenda, obligations which are included within the Dialogue of SAP (DPSA), Action Plan for the Stabilisation and Association Process (APSAP), Progress Report and Roadmap Visa liberalization. 23 march 2015
Based on the Plan for visiting the Municipal for 2015, Ministry of Local Government Administration, on 19 March 2015 conducted the next visit in the municipality of Partiesh and Kllokotit, in order to strengthening the cooperation and to have a better coordination for the joint activities, and to meet the obligations of the European agenda. A special emphasis of the visit was given the addressing of the obligations of the European agenda, obligations which are included within the Dialogue of SAP (DPSA), Action Plan for the Stabilisation and Association Process (APSAP), Progress Report and Roadmap Visa liberalization.
The first visit was conducted in the municipality of Partesh, where the mayor of Partesh Mr.Stanko Trajkovic and other representatives from the municipalities, welcomed MALG’s team headed by Ms. Rozafa Ukimeraj, Head of Department for European Integration and Policy Coordination, as well as other officials from the same department. The second visit was conducted in the municipality of Kllokotit, where also in this meeting MLGA team were welcomed by Deputy Mayor Hasan Rashiti, and directors of municipal departments and municipal officials. In both meetings it was discussed about:
• Presentation of the annual report, the APAP for municipality and findings for the municipality of Partesh and Kllokotit for 2014;
• Challenges derived from the Progress Report for Kosovo (2014) and the obligations of municipalities;
• Individual Action Plan for the municipality of Partesh and the municipality of Kllokotit from the SAA for 2015.
During the meetings in the two municipalities, Ms. Rozafa Ukimeraj, Head of Department for European Integration and Policy Coordination front of the participants presented and discussed a range of issues including the findings and recommendations from the annual report of municipalities APSAP- 2014, challenges from the progress report of the European Commission, the issue of property registration, legalization process, property tax, and finally, together with representatives of the municipality of Partesh and Kllokotit identified the departments responsible for the implementation of the duties for the Municipal Action Plan for SAA 2015.
