On 03, 07 and 09 June 2016, the Department for Legal Affairs and Monitoring of Municipalities and the Department for European Integration and Policy Coordination within the Ministry of Local Government Administration with the support of OSCE have organised a one-day joint workshop in Prizren, Peja and Mitrovica with legal officers, officers of the MA’s cabinet and officers for European Integration of the municipality of Mamusha Suhareka, Malisheva, Dragash, Peja, Gjakova, Junik, Deçan, Klina, Istog, South Mitrovica, North Mitrovica, Vushtrri, Zubin Potok, Skenderaj, Gllogovc, Podujeva, Zveçan and Leposaviq.

On 03, 07 and 09 June 2016, the Department for Legal Affairs and Monitoring of Municipalities and the Department for European Integration and Policy Coordination within the Ministry of Local Government Administration with the support of OSCE have organised a one-day joint workshop in Prizren, Peja and Mitrovica with legal officers, officers of the MA’s cabinet and officers for European Integration of the municipality of Mamusha Suhareka, Malisheva, Dragash, Peja, Gjakova, Junik, Deçan, Klina, Istog, South Mitrovica, North Mitrovica, Vushtrri, Zubin Potok, Skenderaj, Gllogovc, Podujeva, Zveçan and Leposaviq.
The main topics discussed at these one-day workshops were as follows:
1. Inventory, drafting and publication of acts;
2. Administrative review of the legality of municipal acts and
3. Municipal integrated plans regarding the obligations derived from the European Agenda.
The purpose of these workshops was the presentation and the fulfilment of legal obligations arising from legislation of the Republic of Kosovo Local on Self-Government, Regulation no. 01/2013 on the Procedures for Drafting and Publication of Municipal Acts, Regulation (GoK) No. 01/2016 on Administrative Review of Municipal Legal Acts and Municipal Integrated Plans regarding the obligations derived from the European Agenda.
