Tirana, May 4, 2019
Ministry of Local Government Administration, supported by the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, organised a workshop on the definition of medium-term orientations of local self-government 2020-2021, as well as a discussion on the joint strategic plan of MLGA and OSCE.
On this occasion were presented the achievements of the MLGA for 2018, the implementation of the work plan for January-March 2019, the strategic orientations of local self-government, feasibility study, quality of municipal services, OSCE priorities for the year 2019-2021, joint activities between MLGA and OSCE particularly in the field of law enforcement, gender equality, youth, cooperation with NGOs and community representation.
In the workshop was present Mr. Bekim Murati, General Director of the Agency for Local Self-Government Support, who presented Albania’s experiences regarding local government reform.
