In the two-day’s workshop of the review of SMPS was discussed for each field, indicators and outcomes. General report was finalized and contains all the findings and proposals for the review of the MPMS.
This report was achieved as a result of consultations with the MLGA working group and expert assessments engaged by DEMOS.
In the working group of reviewing system were included municipal authorities, civil society and the line ministries in order to ensure objectivity and the main principle of MPMS as integrity and relevance of municipal performance outcomes.
