The cooperation and support for the next phase will focus on advancing the municipal performance system, as well as establishing a sustainable institutional system for the municipal performance grant. As part of the support, information was also shared regarding the involvement of the Ministry of Finance and their contribution as a sponsor of the legislation on local government finances. The involvement of other donors as well as the IPA 3 Programme and the inclusion of the performance grant in EU support programs and other donors, was the topic of discussion at this meeting.
