With the invitation of the Minister of Local Government Administration, the representatives of the European Association for Local Democracy – ALDA Mrs. Antonella Valmordbida General Secretary of ALDA and Mrs. Katica Janeva, Director of ALDA Office in Skopje were received in a meeting by Minister Elbert Krasniqi.
During this meeting, the ALDA representatives informed Minister Krasniqi for the activities which are a priority of this organization, while focusing at local government.
Additionally, it was discussed about the plans and the projects of MLGA, related to the role of local authorities in the process of EU integration, Open Government and membership in OGP.
At the end, Minister Krasniqi and the ALDA representatives agreed to cooperate in areas of mutual interest.
