Joint Technical Secretariat in cooperation with the Operating Structures of both participating countries: the European Integration Office of Montenegro, Ministry of Finance of Montenegro, Department for Financing and Contracting of EU Assistance and Ministry of Local Government Administration of Republic of Kosovo are holding the three-day training. The training is being held as part of the preparatory activities which are implemented before publishing the Second Call for project-proposals, for potential applicants from Montenegro as part of Project Management Cycle within IPA Programme for Cross-border Cooperation Montenegro – Kosovo 2014-2020.
