The Ministry of Local Government Administration, in cooperation with the Democracyplus project, have organized a workshop on addressing citizens requests from Public Consultation, and addressing citizens complaints from the Platform ndreqe.com. Directors of Public Services and Information Officers in Municipalities attended to this workshop.
