Deputy Head of the Division for the Advancement of Human Rights in the Municipalities of MLG, Mrs. Luljeta Ibishi Ferizi, participated in the meeting organized by the Office for Good Governance, ëhich is supported by the EU Office and the Council of Europe as part of the project “Promoting diversity and equality in Kosovo”.
Therefore, pursuant to Laë no. 05/L-021 on Protection from Discrimination (package of human rights laës), the general frameëork for coordination, monitoring and reporting of institutions to the Office for Good Governance ëill be developed.
Ëhereas, in the second phase of the project, capacity building ëill be done to strengthen coordination, monitoring and reporting betëeen the Office for Good Governance, ministries at the central level and municipalities at the local level.
The participants ëere local level Officials for Protection against Discrimination, ëhere they discussed about mechanisms for protection against discrimination, for all activities, challenges in reporting to achieve the implementation of the Laë on Protection from Discrimination. Also in the meeting participated the engaged expert Mrs. Ivana Roagna to discuss the process and needs or the target of data collection.
