Officials from MLGA consisting of the Operational Structure and Joint Technical Secretariats of Cross-Border Cooperation (CBC) programs within the IPAII of Kosovo with Albania, North Macedonia and Montenegro, as well as the National Coordinator of Kosovo for IPA funds participated in the 9th Regional Forum of Cross-Border Cooperation Programs which was held on May 11 – 12, 2023 in Struga, North Macedonia.
The forum was organized by CBIB+ under the auspices and support of the EU. The purpose of the Forum was to bring together the IPA CBC community to discuss topics of regional interest, such as the state of implementation of IPA II CBC programs, principles and changes of IPA III CBC (legal and policy framework, programming and implementation of CBC programs, organization of future engagements including communication and visibility and other important issues of CBC programs and other regional programs among the Western Balkan states as well as EU member states).
