Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Local Government Administration Mr. Bajram Gecaj, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the representative of the non-governmental organization "Harvard Professional Academy" Mr. Xhemajl J. Berisha, for financing the project "Capacity Building of the Local Government Officers, respectively services and procurement in municipalities: Fushe Kosove/Kosovo Polje, Obiliq and Drenas".
The purpose of the project is to increase the capacities of municipal officials of municipalities: Fushë Kosovë/Kosovo Polje, Obiliq and Drenas for e-government, e-services and e-procurement. In this way, businesses and citizens are provided with online access to procurement services, increasing the efficiency of local bodies and opportunities for businesses and citizens to receive prompt services at any time.
