Drafting of the Action Plan for Open Government Partnership 2026–2028 – Ministria e Administrimit te Pushtetit Lokal

The Ministry of Local Government Administration informs that the process of drafting the Action Plan for Open Government Partnership 2026–2028 has begun.

The Republic of Kosovo, as a member of the Open Government Partnership, continues its commitment to strengthening transparency, accountability, and citizen participation. The new plan aims to advance open governance at the central and local levels, improve access to public information, and promote digital innovation.

The drafting process will be conducted inclusively, through consultations with public institutions, municipalities, civil society, and communities.

We invite all citizens and organizations to contribute by completing the consultation questionnaire in one of the three languages below:
