As part of the state portal it is launched the platform for municipal services E-MUNICIPALITIES, which at the current stage includes administrative services launched from the municipal authorities for citizens and businesses.
The Ministry of Local Government Administration – MLGA since 2021 was engaged to launch its program for digitalization of the services that the municipalities provide, and their activities.
Thus, we thank the International Financial Cooperation, an agency that functions under the World Bank in Kosovo for collecting the data, analyzing and digitalization of administrative services in the municipality of Prizren and Lipjan, in order to continue with other phases where are foreseen to be included 38 municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo.
MLGA thanks also the Office for Strategic Planning within the Office of the Prime Minister and the Agency for Information Society for the support in achieving this long-term strategic objective of the ministry and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
E-MUNICIPALITIES platform is a strategic objective of MLGA and an activity within the Program for Preventing and Reducing the Administrative Burden 2022-2027, and also foresees to digitalize all the services, activities and municipal procedures.
