Minister of the Local Government Administration Mr. Elbert Krasniqi hosted in a meeting the Head of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Prishtina Mr. Erol Arduç with the aim to discuss the activities of MLGA and UNHCR while mentioning the possibility to cooperate and coordinate the activities at central and local level in the future.
During this meeting Mr. Arduç has informed Minister Krasniqi about the work of the UNHCR, with a special emphasis at refugees and asylum seekers.
Minister Krasniqi, expressed its willingness in fulfillment of common goals with the UNHCR, but also the support of the MLGA for a more transparent and equal process.
