Minister of the Ministry of Local Government Administration Elbert Krasniqi hosted in a meeting Mrs. Aferdita Mekuli as well as other officials of this program.
The purpose of the meeting was to be informed on the progress and achievements of the USAID TEAM program as well as other important components with special emphasis on increasing transparency and accountability at the local level as well as the efficiency of municipal officials.
Both parties have discussed about new cooperation projects as well as the possibilities for sustainable project development with the aim of improving and fighting corruption at local level.
