Following the cooperation and coordination between the Ministry of Local Government Administration and the Association of Kosovo Municipalities, today it was held the joint meeting with the Collegium of Chairpersons of Municipal Assemblies of Kosovo.
In this meeting was discussed about the Administrative Instruction (MLGA) No. 01/2018 on the Appointment of the Support Staff in the Municipalities, Administrative Instruction (MLGA) No. 02/2018 on the amendment and supplement of the Administrative Instruction (MLGA) No. 03/2014 on the Procedure of Establishment, Composition and Competencies of Permanent Committees in Municipality.
Additionally, in the meeting it was discussed also about the deadline for the review/confirmation of the legality of the municipal acts by MLGA and the line Ministries.
