Deputy Head of the Division for the Advancement of Human Rights in the municipalities of the MLGA, Mrs. Luljeta Ibishi Ferizi, participated in the seminar for the presentation of the Monitoring System for the implementation of the Law 05 / L-021 on Protection from Discrimination, organized by the Office for Good Governance/OPM, as part of the project of the European Union and the Council of Europe ‘Promoting Diversity and Equality for the Western Balkans’.

The monitoring framework has identified accurate and applicable indicators that are giving clear picture of the level of the implementation of the legislation, unification of the measurable and comparable data over the years and their implementation at all institutional levels. ​

This system will advance the monitoring of the Law 05/L-021 on Protection from Discrimination, especially in the advancement of the local level mechanisms.
