The Ministry of Local Government in cooperation with the Association of Kosovo Municipalities, today held a workshop with legal officers of Kosovo municipalities regarding the evaluation of the legality of acts, difficulties and coordination of the evaluation process with line ministries.
During the meeting were discussed the delays in the return of responses by the line Ministries, as well as Regulation 09/2020 on setting the procedures for allocation for use and exchange of municipal immovable property.
