The Working Group for drafting the Transparency Monitoring Plan and the Transparency Data Management Database held the first notification meeting, hence the members of the group discussed about the obligations, review and handling of the legal acts and bylaws for the field of municipal transparency, as well as the steps that need to be undertaken for drafting and finalizing the Plan and the database.
