MLGA held the first meeting of the working group for drafting the Regulation on Municipal Performance. Before the representatives of the ministry, municipalities, association of municipalities, civil society organizations, BIRN, GAP, Democracy Plus, KLGI and DEMOS Project, have been discussed the proposals, the purpose, the objectives, principles and necessary interventions in legal rules for the efficient functioning of the Municipal Performance Management System and the Performance based Grant Scheme.
