On the occasion of marking the International Civil Service Day, Mehdi Retkoceri, Head of the Division for Project Development and Management, has been acknowledged a “distinguished civil servant” of the Ministry of Local Government. Therefore, the Minister of Internal Affairs, Mr. Agim Veliu, provided the certificate of appreciation for the contribution given in the field of public administration in the Republic of Kosovo.
