Co-organized by the Ministry of Local Government Administration, Association of Kosovo Municipalities and with the support of OSCE, it is held the Training Workshop on e-Municipalities.
Municipal officials responsible for e-Municipalities, as well as communication officers from municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo participated in this workshop.
The workshop was dedicated to building the capacities of municipalities in the field of digitalization and development of electronic services for citizens, with a special focus on the e-Municipalities platform.
The purpose of this workshop was to strengthen municipal administration through the use of digital platforms, facilitating the provision of faster, more transparent and more efficient public services for citizens.
Through professional training and the use of digital technology, the aim is to increase the quality of public services at the municipal level and advance good governance practices.
