On the occasion of marking the 10th anniversary of the “Week on the Rights of Crime Victims in Kosovo”, which commenced on October 21 until 22, 2020, MLG was part of the last session “Trafficking with human beings, strengthening of mechanisms, identifying, investigating and pursuing cases” organized under the patronage of the Chief State Prosecutor Alekasander Lumezi, and with the support of the USA Embassy in Kosovo, with the motto “Protection of crime victims, our mission even during the pandemic”.
During the meeting is discussed that this week should be used in raising the awareness of all the institutions and citizens on the rights of the crime victims, because these rights are guaranteed by the Constitution and Laws on Kosovo. Support for the treatment, rehabilitation and compensation of crime victims was also discussed.
