Ministry of Local Government Administration, on 22 February 2019, held the second meeting of the Working Group for amending and supplementing the Administrative Instruction on the Cooperation Agreements of Municipalities with villages, settlements and urban quarters. In this meeting participated in addition to the ministry’s Officials also representatives from the Association of Kosovo Municipalities and representatives from the Lego programme/USAID.
Mrs. Flutura Hoxha, Head of the Division for Development and Harmonization of the Legislation in MLGA, in the capacity of the Chairperson of the Working Group presented the initial draft of the draft-Administrative Instruction on the organization, functioning and cooperation of the villages, settlements and urban quarters, to which the WG provided its comments.
