The Division for Drafting and Harmonization of Legislation of LDMM/MLGA, has held the first meeting of the Working Group, where the acts of the line ministries were reviewed. The working group led by Flutura Hoxha, composed of members: Venera Kosumi, Nazmije Krasniqi, Ferdi Kamberi, Kadrije Myrtaj, Edona Berisha and Blerta Halimi, reviewed 4 acts, such as: AI for the agricultural land, AI for animal products from MAFRD, draft Law on Humanitarian Demining of MB and AI for cable and mobile phone expenses of the PMO.
The purpose of the meeting of the working group was to review and harmonize these acts with the legislation on local government. When gathering the comments and the process is completed, the acts will be addressed through the official procedure to the line ministers.
