The Joint Steering Committee of the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Montenegro – Albania and Montenegro – Kosovo IPA II (2014 – 2020) has held its eighth meeting today on 31 July 2019 in Plav, Montenegro.
The meeting was chaired by the representative of the EU Delegation to Montenegro, composed of the members from the MLGA in the capacity of Kosova’s operating structure, the Office for European Integration and the Directorate for Financing and Contracting of EU Assistance Funds (CFCU) in the capacity of the operating structure of Montenegro and the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs in the capacity of the operating structure of Albania under the organization and support of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the programme.
The purpose of this meeting was the presentation, discussion and approval of the seventh progress report of the project, planning and timetable of activities related to the second call for proposals of the CBC programme Montenegro – Kosovo and next steps regarding second call for proposals of the CBC programme Montenegro – Albania, as well as the visit to the project “Cross border joint initiatives for better waste management”, which will be conducted on the next day on 01 August 2019.
