Ministry of Local Government Administration, is conducting the negotiations for the International Agreement with the Government of Switzerland, regarding the implementation of the second phase of the DEMOS project.
The first meeting of the negotiating team is held today, on 26 April 2016 and is chaired by the Director of the Department for Municipal Performance and Transparency Mrs. Venera Çerkini.
