The Ministry of Local Government has presented the Municipal Performance Management System at the meeting “Municipal Visioning” organized by the Comprehensive Development Program implemented by UN-Habitat PAX/CBM and funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA), which is being held in the Municipality of Leposavic.
In this meeting, the officials of the performance unit informed the participants about the functioning of the Municipal Performance Management System, the importance of performance measurement, the methodology used, the impact of this system in improving local governance, the interconnection of service results with the scheme of grant for performance and strategic approach with the aim of improving municipal services.
