During 22-25 October 2018 the representative of MLGA participated in the study visit in Freiburg in Germany. A study visit which was organized as part of the Programme “Support to the implementation of the 3rd Energy Package with a focus on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency” a Project financed by EU in Kosovo, which is implemented by technical assistance “GFA Consulting Group”.
