In the framework of the IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program between Kosovo and Montenegro, today, the European Union, through a team of external experts, has launched an on-line mission for “Results Oriented Monitoring” for the program. Also, this mission includes monitoring of seven projects under the first call for proposals within the IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program Montenegro-Kosovo.
During the mission, online interviews with the staff of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the program will initially take place, while next week the interviews will continue with the Operating Structures, project beneficiaries, as well as their partners from the cross-border program areas.
Results Oriented Monitoring (ROM) is an external monitoring system of the European Union that aims to strengthen the internal control, accountability and management ability of the European Commission by focusing on results.
