MLG in cooperation with the DEMOS project have started trainings on the use of the Electronic Municipal Performance Management System. Municipal performance coordinators as well as municipal reporting officers, are beneficiaries of the training.
The electronic system will start to be applied in 2021, on the occasion of the next cycle of measuring the performance of municipalities.
This system offers the opportunity of online performance reporting, reduces the administrative burden for measuring municipal performance, increases data security, quality and documentation, allows comparative access to data according to fields and indicators for unlimited periods of time and provides direct access of citizens regarding the performance of municipalities.
