Joint Program of the European Council and the European Union “ROMACTED” organized the workshop for the Instrument of Pre-accession Assistance (IPA). In this workshop the representatives of MLGA presented the role of the Municipalities in the process of European Integration. The representatives of Municipalities attended the workshop also.
