Strategy for Local Self-governmenent

The main goal of the strategy is to define the strategic orientations that would  deepen the reform and unify the local self‐government system in Kosovo. The strategy will be a clear guideline for local and central government policies in view of building a professional and modernized administration; the sustainable local socio‐economic development aimed at promoting the welfare of citizens through effective and qualitative services. The Strategy on Local Self‐Government will promote the local self‐governance and local democracy in order to enable the local self‐government fulfil its goal to cope with economic, social and political challenges.
