Prishtina, 10 April 2020
Acting Prime Minister of Kosovo, Mr. Albin Kurti, accompanied by the Minister of MLGA, Mrs. Emilija Redžepi, and the Minister of MIE, Mr. Lumir Abdixhiku have visited today the municipality of Lipjan, Viti and Ferizaj, in order to get acquainted with the actual situation and the measures taken by these municipalities, after the outbreak of the Corona COVID virus – 19.
In these meetings, Acting Prime Minister Kurti, Minister Redžepi and Minister Abdixhiku were received by the mayors of these municipalities. The main topic of discussion was the challenges facing these municipalities, especially after the outbreak of the Corona virus, including economic and social consequences.
It was confirmed from these meetings that the central and local level institutions together with the citizens are showing solidarity and helping each other, in order to fight the virus and overcome this situation.
