Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Local Government Administration, Bajram Gecaj, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the representative of the non-governmental organization "Pro Youth Evolution" Valon Peci, for financing the project, "Involving citizens in the decision-making process".
The project aims promotion the civic right for participation in local decision-making through legal mechanisms, citizen awareness of the importance of their participation in institutional life, and proposal of policies in general interest.
