Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Local Government Administration, Mr. Gjergj Dedaj attended the Congress of the Liberal Democratic Alliance of Europe in Warsaw, Poland, which was held from 01 to 3 December, 2016.
Deputy Minister Dedaj, the first day of Congress attended the session of Euro-liberals dedicated the future cooperation, between NATO and European Union, seeking a clear membership perspective of Kosovo and Western Balkan countries in NATO and the EU. On this occasion of this summit of euro-liberals, where attended by representatives of 40 countries of Europe, Mr.Dedaj has also met the President of the ALDE as well as deputy of the European Parliament Mr. Hans Van Baalen, with EU Commissioners Cecilia Malmström and Margarete Vestager, former Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt as well as leaders of euro-liberals from who he asked support for Kosovo in the visa liberalization process and Euro-Atlantic perspective of the Western Balkan countries. As expected, euro-liberals will put the issue of visa liberalization and European perspective of Kosovo and the region, to their agenda.
