The Deputy Minister of MLG, Mrs. Emini has met today with the Mayor of Peja, Mr. Gazmend Muhaxherri, on which occasion they have closely visited the works that have started in Peja, thanks to the cooperation between MLG and the Municipality.
In 2000, the MLG is financing the project in the municipality of Peja: “Asphalting of roads in the village of Vitomirica” in the amount of 50,000.00 euros, while the total investments from MLG in the Municipality of Peja for 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 is 293,582.00 €.
Also in 2020, MLG in co-financing with DEMOS in the municipality of Peja are implementing these projects;
• Lighting in the villages Leshan, Gllaviqice, Klicina, Ramun and Jabllanica (50,000.00 €)
• Lighting in the villages Buqan and Kosuriq (50,000.00 €)
• Lighting in the villages Radavc and Novosela (60,000.00 €)
• Lighting in the villages Poqeste, Millovanc, Krstoc, Vragoc and Pishtan (60,000.00 €)
• Lighting in the neighborhoods: Haxhi Zeka, Kristal, July 2 and September 7th – Peja (80,000.00 €)
• Lighting in the downtown of Dardania, Kapeshnica and Mahmutaj neighborhood- Peja (60,000.00 €)
• Lighting in the villages Nabërgjan and Qyshk (71,558.00 €)
• Revitalisation of public space in the villages Zahaq and Llabjan (70,000.00 €)
• Revitalisation of public space from Ura e Gurit- to the urban planning office in Peja (150,000.00 €)
• Revitalision of public space and Family Medicine Center in Kryshec, and lighting in Vitomirica polyclinic (40,000.00 €)
• Lighting from gate barrier- to the Brewery – Peja (60,000.00 €)
• Lighting from Leather Shoe Factory – to the transit road – Peja (60,000.00 €).
During these visits, the Deputy Minister of MLG and the Mayor of Peja have expressed their readiness for further cooperation to advance local government as well as for better services for the citizens of Peja.
