At the ceremony of inauguration of the "Kelmendi" school’s street in the village of Rastavicë of the Municipality of Deçan, took part the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Local Government Administration, Bajram Gecaj, representatives of the construction company and representatives of the village of Rastavica in the Municipality of Deçan.
