Within the framework of meetings with the ambassadors of various states to Kosovo, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Local Government Administration, Mr. Slobodan Petrović has received today in his Office the UK Ambassador to Kosovo, Mr. Ian Cliff and the First Secretary in the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Belgrade, Mr. James Moor.
The main topic of this meeting was the decentralization process in Kosovo and establishment of the municipality of North Mitrovica, respectively the North Mitrovica Administrative Office.
The Deputy Prime Minister Petrović has informed the Ambassador Ian Cliff and the First Secretary in the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Belgrade, Mr. James Moor about the interest expressed by the citizens to be part of this Office as well the manner of functionalizing this Office.
The Ambassador Ian Cliff and the First Secretary in the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Belgrade have highly evaluated the step taken by the Kosovo Government for the establishment of this Office, as a necessary step of the Kosovo institutions to provide services to the citizens of North.
