During the visit in the municipality of Deçan/Decane, Deputy Prime Minister Petrovic was received by the Mayor Mr. Rasim Selmanaj who has informed him about the projects being implemented in the municipality of Deçan/Decane and challenges faced by the municipalities.
During the meeting with the Mayor Selmanaj, Deputy Prime Minister Petrovic has said that MLGA will help municipalities according to their needs and hence pointed out the mandate of MLGA in relation to monitoring of the implementation of laws in municipalities which incontestable.
“Implementation of law is incontestable and MLGA will stand by municipalities and will work together with municipalities in respecting entirely the laws regulating the local self-government” has said Deputy Prime Minister Petrovic.
