Visiting Kosovo municipalities, following the establishment of new municipal bodies, Deputy Prime Minister visited today Municipality of Novobërdo.
Inaugural of the new municipal bodies, the chairman of the assembly and appointment of directors to the municipality, were the subject of discussion between Deputy Prime Minister Slobodan Petrovic and Mayor of Novo Bërdo, Mr. Svetislav Jovanovic.
In a meeting between Deputy President Slobodan Petrovic and Svetislav Jovanovic were also discussed projects that will support MALG this year together with the European Commission.
Deputy Prime Minister Petrovic said that the Ministry of Local Government Administration remains committed to support municipalities towards creating a more responsive local government with the aim of improving the welfare of citizens.
