The Ministry of Local Government participated in the online meeting at the Award Ceremony “Best Practice in the Implementation of the Law on the Use of Languages” which was organized by the Office of the Commissioner for Languages and the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, thus the Ministry of Local Government was awarded the Appreciation for the proper implementation of the Law on the Use of Languages.
The assessment was made on the basis of monitoring the use of official languages on the official websites of ministries, executive bodies and agencies, including also social networks of the relevant institutions.
This year same as last year, the Ministry of Local Government has shown excellent practice with regards to translation, by respecting the Law on the use of official languages in Kosovo thanks to the commitment of the translation officers in MLG: Nderim Krusha, Muhamed Cuni, Aferdita Marmullaku, Yllka Sutaj, Mahije Ferataj.
