Ministry of Local Government Administration, on August 30, 2018, held the first meeting of the working group to discuss about changing and supplementing the Regulation (GoK) No. 23/2013, in order to define the procedures of usage and exchange of immovable municipal property. The working group is established with a decision of the General Secretary.
The meeting was initiated by Mrs. Flutura Hoxha, Head of Division for Development and Harmonization of Legislation at MLGA, as a chairperson of the working group. Mrs. Hoxha emphasized that as part of the legislative plan 2018 for drafting sub-legal acts, is foreseen also the changing and supplementing of this regulation. The members of the working group agreed to expand the group and to postpone the deadline since the Law has not been adopted yet.
