On 24.10.2016, the Ministry of Local Government Administration has held the first meeting of the Working Group for Drafting the Concept Paper on the Draft-Law on Administrative Boundaries of Municipalities. The meeting was attended by representatives of MLGA, Kosovo Statistics Agency of Kosovo and Cadastral Agency.

On 24.10.2016, the Ministry of Local Government Administration has held the first meeting of the Working Group for Drafting the Concept Paper on the Draft-Law on Administrative Boundaries of Municipalities. The meeting was attended by representatives of MLGA, Kosovo Statistics Agency of Kosovo and Cadastral Agency.
The meeting was opened by Ms. Flutura Hoxha, Head of Division for Development and Harmonisation of Legislation in MLGA, who in the capacity of the Chairperson of the Working Group reiterated that the concept paper on Administrative Boundaries of Municipalities is foreseen in the list of concept papers of the Government Coordination Secretariat. The Working Group will develop an initial draft with required options and ask members to provide their comments in compliance with the institution that he/she represents. The meeting was conducted in a constructive spirit and WG will continue its work up to the finalisation of the document in accordance with the legal procedures set forth in the applicable legislation.
