This draft law presents a new policy initiative in the field of municipal performance, with the aim of creating legal and financial sustainability of the performance grant, as a special scheme which is funded by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo together with supporting donors.
The Municipal Performance Management System and the Performance Grant are one of the main pillars of the mandate of the Ministry of Local Government Administration.
